Breathwork for Wellness Programme

For women who are tired of running on empty and want a proper toolkit for life’s inevitable wobbles.

Two months of one-to-one breathwork — from the foundations right through to deep transformational work.

We start with functional breathing: the practical techniques that regulate your nervous system and begin to shift patterns you didn’t even know were there. These early sessions are weekly, and they do more than you’d expect. Then we move into deeper work — a personally written meditation built around what we’ve discovered about your nervous system, and (where appropriate) Conscious Connected Breath and BreathHealing Release™ to take it further.

WhatsApp support throughout means you’re not doing this alone between sessions. What comes up in your daily life is part of the work too.

By the end, you have a personal practice that genuinely works for you — not a generic toolkit, but something built from the ground up for how you breathe, think, and hold tension.

For women who want to continue after the programme ends, I offer follow-up sessions monthly or every other month to keep the deeper work moving.

4. Come and Breathe With Us — Monthly Group Circles

Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circles

For women who want to breathe in community — in person or online.

This is 90 minutes where nobody needs anything from you. Where you can arrive exactly as you are, breathe alongside other midlife women, and leave feeling more like yourself than you have in ages.

There’s something that happens when women breathe together that simply can’t be replicated in a 1:1 session — a collective exhale, a shared softening, a reminder that you’re not doing this alone. These circles exist because that matters.

Three ways to join:

  • Afternoon circle — 2nd Tuesday monthly, 1:45–3:15pm, Salisbury
  • Evening circle — 3rd Wednesday monthly, 7:30–9:00pm, Bemerton Heath
  • Online circle — 1st Thursday monthly, 7:15–8:45pm, via Zoom
