Absolutely. All of my breathwork sessions and programmes are tailored to your experience level. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or have some practice already, I’ll guide you gently and safely at your own pace.

What’s the difference between Sacred Pause and Breathwork for Wellness?
Breathwork for Wellness is a 6-week foundational journey. Sacred Pause is a monthly integration session designed for ongoing support after your programme has ended.

Can I join the Wise Woman’s Breathwork Temple if I’m new to breathwork?
Yes, you are warmly welcome! The Temple is a nurturing space designed for midlife women of all levels. Each session includes simple instructions and supportive guidance, so you’ll feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning.

What if I can’t attend a live breathwork session?
If you’re part of the Wise Woman’s Breathwork Temple membership, you’ll receive access to a replay for most live sessions. For private one-on-one sessions, we can find a time that suits your schedule.

Do I need any special equipment for breathwork?
No special equipment is needed. Just a quiet space where you feel comfortable, a mat or chair to sit or lie on, and perhaps a cosy blanket or pillow for extra support.
