The Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circles are a monthly gathering for midlife women who are ready to stop holding their breath through life.

You know how it goes. The to-do list. The appointments. The people who need you to be okay so they can be okay. The constant low-level hum of keeping everything together.

And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you forgot to breathe.

Not literally — obviously you’re breathing. But properly? Deeply? In a way that actually settles your nervous system rather than just keeping you upright until bedtime?

That’s what these circles are for.


What the Circles Actually Are

Once a month — in fact, three times a month if you need the flexibility — a group of midlife women gathers to breathe together.

Not to network. Not to perform wellness. Not to sit cross-legged and think about nothing (impossible, and we both know it).

Just to breathe. With intention. With guidance. With other women who get it.

Each 90-minute gathering weaves together practical breathwork techniques, gentle nervous system regulation, seasonal wisdom, and quiet — the kind of quiet that actually does something rather than just feeling pressured.

You might feel emotions. You might just feel calm. You might leave with a tool that shifts something in your Tuesday morning commute three weeks later.

Whatever happens, you’ll leave more like yourself than you arrived.


Three Ways to Join the Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circles

2nd Tuesday of every month, 1:45–3:15pm Salisbury

The original circle — held in a calm, welcoming space in the heart of Salisbury. If you can carve out a Tuesday afternoon, this one’s for you.

🌙 Evening Circle — In Person, Bemerton Heath

3rd Wednesday of every month, 7:30–9:00pm Bemerton Heath,

Launched in April 2026, this evening circle is for the women who want to come but can’t do Tuesday afternoons. Same intention, same depth, same 90 minutes of genuine breathing space — just after dark.

Who These Circles Are For


The Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circles are suitable for all levels. Midlife women — particularly those navigating perimenopause or menopause — who are tired of doing everything alone and want practical tools that work in real life.

You don’t need breathwork experience. You don’t need to be in a good place. You don’t need to share anything you’d rather keep to yourself.

You just need to show up.

What to Expect

Each circle is a little different — the seasonal themes shift, the practices evolve, the energy in the room is its own thing. But the shape of each session stays consistent:

A gentle arrival and settling in. Breath awareness — noticing how you’re actually breathing right now. Guided breathwork practices, built layer by layer. A longer meditation or visualisation. Time to integrate and, if you want it, share. Then you leave.

Max 12 women per circle. Intimate enough to feel held. Spacious enough to just breathe.


The Practical Details

Investment: £28 early bird (book 2+ days ahead) | £33 standard

Refund policy: Refunds available up to 7 days before your circle. Within 7 days, your ticket transfers to a future date. Within 48 hours, you can transfer it to a friend.

A Note on the Online Circle

Some people wonder whether online breathwork can really compare to being in the room together.

The honest answer is: it’s different, not lesser. The breath does the same work whether you’re lying on a mat in Salisbury or on your sofa in Shropshire. The community feels different through a screen, yes — but it’s real, and it matters.

If geography, mobility, or just the school run is what’s been keeping you from coming, the online circle exists for exactly that reason.
