Two months of one-to-one breathwork — built around you, not a formula.
You’ve probably tried things. Meditation apps. Yoga. Maybe therapy. Things that help a bit, or help in the moment, but don’t quite touch whatever it is that keeps you feeling scattered, wired, or just… not quite yourself.
Here’s what I notice with most women who come to me: the problem isn’t that they’re not trying hard enough. It’s that they’ve been trying to think their way out of something that lives in the body.
Breathwork works differently. It works with your nervous system rather than against it — and once your nervous system starts to feel safe, things shift. Sometimes quietly, sometimes dramatically. Always in your own way, in your own time.
What the Breathwork for Wellness Programme Looks Like?
This isn’t a course with modules and homework. It’s two months of working closely together, with the shape of each session led by what you need.
We start with functional breathing — the foundations. These early weekly sessions build the skills that regulate your nervous system: practical techniques that work in real life, not just on a retreat. Some clients use the full session time. Others find that a shorter check-in, with WhatsApp support carrying the weight between sessions, works better for them. We follow your lead.
Once those foundations are solid, we move into deeper work. I write a guided meditation specifically for you — built from what I’ve learned about your nervous system, your patterns, your language. Where appropriate, we’ll also work with Conscious Connected Breath and BreathHealing Release™: powerful methods that bring the subconscious into the conversation in a way that talking rarely can.
The final session is a full BreathHealing Release™ — a process that combines conscious-to-subconscious questioning with breathwork to create genuine, lasting change.
Throughout the whole two months, I’m available on WhatsApp. What comes up between sessions matters. Life doesn’t pause between appointments, and neither do I.

About me

I’m Kim — a certified Influential Breathwork Coach and BreathHealing Release™ Practitioner based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.
I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means you get my full attention, not a conveyor belt.
I’ve also been a practising Pagan for over twenty years, and that informs how I work — with the rhythms of your body, not against them, and with genuine respect for the fact that healing isn’t linear.
