Learn about Soul & Sage’s returns and refunds policy: easy instructions for returns, damaged or missing orders, and how to request a replacement or refund.

At Wessex Wise Woman, I want you to love every magical item you order. However, if something isn’t quite right, please read below for how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me at [your email address here] within 4 weeks of dispatch.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once I receive your email, I’ll arrange either a free replacement or a full refund. Please don’t return any items until I provide return instructions.


Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please get in touch:

  • UK Mainland: allow 10 working days (3 for tracked orders)
  • Highlands & Islands: allow 12 working days (5 for tracked orders)

Once confirmed, I’ll send a free replacement within 3 working days.


Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 4 weeks of dispatch:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once I receive the item, I’ll refund the product cost (but not the original delivery fee).

Shipping Information

Delivery Costs:

  • UK Mainland: £3.99–£4.99 (depending on parcel weight)
  • Highlands & Islands: £6.99–£7.99 (depending on parcel weight)

All orders placed by 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 2pm or on weekends are sent the next working day.
