Join the Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circle in Salisbury — a monthly space for midlife women to breathe, reset, and reconnect through practical breathwork and seasonal wisdom.
You know that feeling when you suddenly realise you’ve been holding your breath for… well, years? Not intentionally, of course — just the slow creep of midlife, responsibility, hormonal chaos, and trying to keep everyone else afloat.
That was me too. For a long time, my breathwork practice lived quietly inside 1:1 sessions — intimate, powerful, deeply transformative — but still, something felt incomplete. And for the past year, a whisper has been growing louder:
It’s time for women to breathe together again.
This is exactly why I created the Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circle — a space where midlife women can breathe without feeling rushed or judged.
Something communal. Something seasonal. Something deeply human.
And now, it’s finally here.
Welcome to the Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circles — monthly, in-person gatherings in Salisbury and online designed for midlife women who are tired of navigating everything alone.
From 1:1 Sessions to Circle Work — My Own Turning Point
Running my breathwork practice has been one of the great joys of my life. Sitting with women in Sacred Pause sessions, guiding them through BreathHealing Release™, and supporting their transformation in the Breathwork for Wellness programme has shown me just how much midlife women carry.
But over and over again, I kept hearing things like:
“I don’t have anyone in my life who understands this stage.”
“I wish I had a circle of women to breathe with.”
“I crave community, not just coping strategies.”
And honestly? I wanted that too.
Because there’s something profoundly different about breathing in community — something older than language. When women gather with intention, we remember ourselves. We settle. We soften. We stop pretending we’re fine.
And so, after months of planning (and a lot of listening), something new is finally breathing into life.

What the Wise Woman’s Breathwork Circle Actually Is
This is not a drop-in yoga class or a generic wellness session.
It’s a 90-minute monthly circle designed specifically for midlife women in Salisbury who want practical breathwork, seasonal wisdom, and genuine connection.
Here’s what you can expect each month:
- A calm, welcoming space with a maximum of 12 women
- Breathwork that works in real life — not just on retreat
- Seasonal themes rooted in Celtic and nature-based wisdom
- A guided journey designed to regulate your nervous system
- Permission to arrive messy, overwhelmed, tired, or emotionally done
- A sense of belonging you can feel in your bones
Each session is a blend of functional breathwork, gentle embodiment, guided meditation, and quiet reflection. No pressure to share. No performance. No perfection.
Just a room full of women finally exhaling together.

Why Now? (A Quiet Hunger for Connection)
I work with midlife women every week — menopausal women, overwhelmed women, caring-for-everyone-else women, “I just need a minute to breathe” women — and something has become painfully clear.
We are more connected online than ever, yet more isolated in real life.
Women tell me they’re craving:
- Face-to-face connection
- Spaces where they don’t have to explain themselves
- Support that feels human, not clinical
- A break from holding everything together
- A way back to themselves that doesn’t require hours of meditation
There’s a hunger for this kind of circle.
A need for community that isn’t forced, performative, or twee.
A longing for spaces where midlife isn’t treated as a crisis or a punchline, but as a threshold.
And this circle is my answer to that hunger — yours and mine.

The Vision: Breathwork + Seasonal Wisdom + Community
This circle isn’t just about breathing (although breathwork will always be at the heart of it). It’s about remembering who we are beneath all the noise.
Each gathering will weave together:
Breathwork for nervous system regulation
Practical, science-backed tools you can use at home, at work, or in the middle of a supermarket wobble.
Seasonal themes
Drawing from Celtic cycles, nature-based wisdom, and the rhythms that midlife women often find themselves instinctively craving.
Stillness + reflection
A pause from the constant rush — a chance to reconnect with your own inner voice.
Optional sharing
If you want to speak, you’re welcome. If your voice wobbles, that’s welcome too.
If you’d rather stay quiet, also welcome.
Community
Not networking. Not chit-chat.
Real, gentle, meaningful connection.
The kind of space midlife women rarely get — and desperately deserve.
Why Twelve Women?
Twelve feels right.
Small enough to feel safe, spacious enough to feel supported.
Intimate without being intimidating.
Abundant without being overwhelming.
It’s the size that lets women breathe together without losing themselves in a crowd.
It also means places will be limited — not to create urgency, but because the depth of the work requires it.

What This Circle Means to Me
If I’m honest, these circles feel like the most natural thing I’ve ever created.

- My own journey through midlife
- My belief that women breathe better when we breathe together
They’re not just events.
It’s a beginning.
A remembering.
A place to land.
A place to finally exhale.
