Wise Woman’s Breathwork Temple
Because midlife women deserve better than holding their breath through life
You know that feeling when you realise you’ve been holding your breath for about … oh, the last decade?
Yeah, me too.
Somewhere between managing everyone else’s needs and trying to keep all the plates spinning, we forgot the most basic thing: how to actually breathe properly. (And I don’t mean those three deep breaths your GP suggests when you’re having a meltdown in their office.)
The Wise Woman’s Breathwork Temple isn’t about floating off into mystical realms or pretending life isn’t messy. It’s about using your breath as the practical tool it actually is — to find your calm in the chaos, reconnect with what matters, and maybe rediscover that woman you used to be before everyone needed something from you.
If you’re drawn to seasonal rhythms, ancient wisdom, and approaches that actually work in real life (not just on Instagram), this might just be your cup of tea.
This is probably for you if…

- You’re tired of breathing like you’re constantly bracing for impact
- You want to feel more grounded without adding another complicated routine to your day
- You’re curious about old wisdom but need it served up without the woo-woo overload
- You’d love to connect with other women who get it (without the drama of typical online groups)
- You’re ready to stop running on empty and actually enjoy this stage of life
Because honestly? Life’s too short to spend it breathless.
What you’ll actually find inside
I’ve designed this around how midlife women actually live — not how wellness gurus think we should live. Everything here respects that you’ve got a life to manage and limited time for complicated practices.

Weekly bite-sized lessons
Short videos (10-15 minutes max) that teach you something useful without eating your entire afternoon. Think practical breathwork meets seasonal wisdom, delivered with a healthy dose of common sense.

Monthly group calls
Thirty minutes, once a month, where we can actually talk to each other like human beings. Ask questions, share what’s working (or not), and remember you’re not the only one figuring this out as you go.

Monthly gentle challenges
Small, doable experiments to help you build confidence and celebrate progress.
No perfectionism required — in fact, it’s actively discouraged.

Proper community space
A private online space where you can connect with other women without the noise, drama, or algorithm chaos of social media. Just genuine conversation and mutual support.

Growing library of practices
A collection of guided breathwork sessions and mini-courses that you can actually use:
- Seasonal practices that work with natural rhythms (instead of against them)
- Breathwork for midlife challenges (because let’s be honest, this stage has its moments)
- Ancient wisdom translated for modern women
- Daily practices that fit into real life
The science bit (because I’m not just making this up)
Look, I love a bit of ancient wisdom, but I also appreciate evidence that things actually work.
The breathwork we do here is grounded in nervous system science, with practices like CO₂ tolerance testing and techniques that research shows genuinely help with stress, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing.
No extreme breath-holding or practices that leave you feeling dizzy. Just gentle, effective approaches that meet you where you are – whether you’re dealing with menopause, stress, life transitions, or just wanting to feel more like yourself again.
(Ancient wisdom backed by modern science? It’s like having the best of both worlds without the nonsense.)
What you’ll probably notice after a while
- Your breathing becomes less … panicked
- You feel more steady when life gets wobbly
- Your intuition stops being drowned out by everyone else’s noise
- You have tools that actually help when things get overwhelming
- You remember what it feels like to be in your own corner

Plus, you’ll have a group of women who understand that midlife isn’t about graceful decline — it’s about finally knowing what you’re made of.
About me (the woman behind this whole thing)
Kim Brockway

I’m a breathwork coach who spent far too many years forgetting to breathe properly, despite theoretically knowing better.
After two decades in the Pagan community and a fair few spectacular learning experiences (see: life throwing curveballs), I’ve figured out how to blend ancient wisdom with practical tools that actually work in the real world.
This isn’t about transcending your humanity — it’s about coming home to it. Breath by breath, season by season, with other women who understand that wisdom often comes disguised as a bit of chaos.
