How the Session Works
Each Sacred Pause session is tailored to where you are right now, blending seasonal wisdom with personalised breathwork guidance:
1. Check-In & Seasonal Reflection (10-15 minutes)
- Gentle exploration of what’s present for you today
- Connection with the current season’s energy and wisdom
- Setting an intention for your sacred hour together
2. Breath-Led Guidance (30-35 minutes)
- Personalised breathwork practices suited to your needs and experience level
- Blend of breath awareness, gentle movement, and intuitive coaching
- Optional deeper breathwork (Conscious Connected Breath or BreathHealing Release™) if called for
3. Integration & Grounding (10-15 minutes)
- Quiet reflection and gentle grounding practices
- Insights sharing and wisdom integration
- Practical tools to carry the peace forward into your week
